Parents, are your kids sick too often?

As parents, we want our kids to be healthy. We don't want our kids to get sick; if they do, we want them to recover quickly and bounce back. The problem is that it's becoming increasingly common for children to be chronically sick. In fact, millions of families across North America have children who get sick up to eight to twelve times per year.

When your kids are sick, it can be heartbreaking. Here's your child who's supposed to be full of energy and bouncing off the walls, and instead, they're down for the count. They're asleep on the couch, lethargic, miserable, crying, hurting, feeling terrible, coughing, throwing up, and feverish. It can be so sad to see them so miserable.
Not only can it be heartbreaking, but it can also be scary. We hope and pray that they'll be fine, but there's always this fear of things taking a turn for the worse. What if we end up at urgent care? What if this turns into another middle-of-the-night emergency room trip? That can be very scary.
On a practical note, when children get sick, it's stressful. It can be financially stressful and disrupts and causes chaos in the whole family's schedule. When they start missing school, the stress builds further. If you're a working parent and your kid is sick and missing school, that affects your ability to go to work. Even if you get the opportunity to work from home, we all know it can be really hard to be productive when you have a kid who is sick in the other room.
I've worked with families for two decades as a holistic healthcare practitioner. I always felt bad when a family would come in, and it was just clear that mom and dad had been up all night with sick and miserable children. They actually looked and felt like hungover zombies because their kid had been ill all night.

Meanwhile, my own kids barely ever got sick, and when they did, they recovered quickly. Early in my career, I started working with families, coaching them, helping them, and teaching them what we were doing in my family to help my kids be healthy and improve and strengthen their immune systems.
After working with hundreds of families and seeing several hundred children get stronger and healthier, I created an ImmuneStrong Kids program. It's designed to transform your child's immune system.
One of the first things we do in ImmuneStrong Kids is look at the Puzzle Pieces of Protection. You've got to understand that if your child is getting sick more than they should, it's not just bad luck or bad genes. Every individual child and family has different puzzle pieces that help create a healthy immune system.
So, how do we begin to identify these puzzle pieces? Well, one of the first categories we'll look at in the ImmuneStrong Kids program is what we call Immune System Sabotage. What might be happening in your family or your child's life that could sabotage their immune system health? We've got to identify that quickly and take care of it before things get worse.
The ImmuneStrong Kids program results in kids getting sick less often, and when they do, they recover faster. Let's say right now your child has a track record of getting sick 6, 8, 10, or 12 times per year. Wouldn't it be amazing if now they only get sick once or twice per year? And when your child gets sick, if it knocks them off their feet for an entire week, wouldn't it be great if they only get sick for a few days and then bounce back better than ever?
If ImmuneStrong Kids sounds like a program your family needs or you want to discover the next step to transform your child's immune system, you can set up a free ImmuneStrong Kids consultation. Please email us at help@immunestrongkids.com or click HERE to schedule your consultation.

I want to let you know the heart behind ImmuneStrong Kids:
In 2020 and 2021, seeing so many families living in fear made me sad. The headlines were spreading fear about a new microorganism spreading across the world. So many families had no confidence that their bodies or their children's immune systems would be able to handle whatever came along.
We did not live in fear for my own family and the families we've been working with. We knew that our bodies were healthy and resilient, and we would be okay no matter what spread across the world. We had a sense of peace and confidence. I call it "health confidence." I want the same health confidence and sense of peace for you and your family.
My name is Dr. Brandan Lee. I've been a practicing family wellness chiropractor for 18 years and a paid international speaker on these topics. I specialize in health, wellness, and immune system resilience. I live in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina, region. Over the past decade or so, one of my favorite things has been being invited into probably a hundred different schools, churches, and workplaces to teach these exact topics, and I can't wait to help you and your family.
