Modern life is "Immune-Destructive"

You have an immune system that is capable of amazing things; yet, modern life is creating weak immune systems and leading to people who are chronically ill.
At ImmuneStrong Families, we are on a mission to help you and your family get sick less often and recover faster. We live by a simple premise: people with healthy and resilient immune systems get sick less often and recover faster.
As we've been on this journey, I've come to two important realizations:
People need to be reminded that they have an immune system capable of protecting them in amazing ways.
Modern life is not conducive to health and is not helping people create strong and healthy immune systems. In fact, many facets of contemporary life are "Immune-Destructive".
The human immune system is fantastic. It is complex. Multiple organs and tissues contribute to your immune system, including the thymus, bone marrow, liver, lymph nodes, spleen, tonsils, skin, and digestive system. Scientists estimate that up to 70% of your immune system involves your gut! There are also over a dozen types of cells involved in immune system function. You've likely heard of various immune cells, including lymphocytes, monocytes, basophils, neutrophils, and eosinophils.

Every day, your immune system regulates inflammation, identifies invaders and neutralizes them, remembers previous pathogens so that the body can be prepared for the next time they appear, clears debris from tissues, kills cancer cells, and ensures that we interact with our environment effectively.
So, the good news is your immune system is capable of amazing things. Now, for the bad news: so many aspects of modern life are hurting your immune system. Here are some things to consider:
The average American consumes excessive amounts of sugar.
Antibiotics are overused.
The overabundance of glyphosate
The widespread use of pesticides and herbicides.
Most people are low in Vitamin D and don't even know it's damaging their immune system.
Processed foods.
The average American carries more stress than in generations past.
Plastics. Scientists have now confirmed that they are finding microplastics in our blood and tissues. Only time will tell how the presence of plastics in our bodies will affect our health.
Numerous other factors
Another important concept to consider is the messaging about our immune systems that our culture tends to propagate. There is a narrative that suggests our bodies are weak and broken, requiring medical intervention, especially when it comes to immune system health. Have you noticed that our culture tends to buy into the idea that our immune systems are weak and that we need to constantly live in fear of the next flu virus, cold, or germ that comes along? It's almost as if the media, medical industry, and pharmaceutical industry are all united in telling us that our bodies are weak, vulnerable, and helpless. Have you also noticed that the authorities seldom focus on building healthier bodies, instead suggesting that our bodies are vulnerable and that there is nothing we can do to make them healthier and stronger?
In conclusion, many aspects of modern life are "Immune-Destructive", which makes it challenging to have a strong and resilient immune system. Additionally, there is a cultural narrative suggesting that it's normal to have a weak immune system. Despite all these challenges, you still have an amazing immune system that can be heroic if you provide it with the proper support and favorable circumstances. This is why we exist: to help you maintain a strong and resilient immune system, so you get sick less often and recover faster.
